California Registry members who have successfully verified their emissions inventory earn the status of Climate Action Leader. Once you have achieved Climate Action Leader status, you are entitled to download the Climate Action Leader logo for your marketing and outreach purposes.

By joining the California Registry, member organizations demonstrate their concern regarding global climate change. By becoming a Climate Action Leader, our members are taking action by measuring, verifying, and reporting their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to the California Registry and to the public.

By becoming a Climate Action Leader, California Registry members are protecting their baselines and protecting early GHG reductions. This is because the State of California has offered its best efforts to ensure that California Registry members receive appropriate consideration for early action to reduce GHGs in the future state, federal, or international GHG regulatory schemes.
